Her career took off in 2015 when she competed in Vietnam’s Next Top Model (Cycle 6), finishing in the Top 13. Shortly after, she signed with BeU Model Management.

Phuong has since become a prominent figure in the fashion industry, walking at prestigious events like Vietnam International Fashion Week and the Elle Fashion Show. She has collaborated with top Vietnamese designers, including being the first face for designer Phuong My.
